Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

2.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit an unequivocal declaration of their intent by email (hidas.balint@aditeqprinting.com) or by post to the following address:
2051 Biatorbágy, Füzes utca 84. Building A, Floor 1, Door 8A, Hungary.

2.2. Upon receipt of the withdrawal declaration, the Seller shall promptly confirm its acceptance via email.

2.3. The consumer is obliged to return the product at their own cost without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal declaration, to the following return address:
2092 Budakeszi, Lugas köz 2, Hungary.

2.4. Following the receipt of the returned product, the Seller shall, without undue delay and no later than 14 days, reimburse the full purchase price of the product to the consumer via bank transfer to the account specified by the consumer.

3. Conditions for Refund

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or the consumer has provided credible proof of having returned the product—whichever is earlier.

The direct cost of return shipping shall be borne by the consumer. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging.

4. Warranty and Statutory Guarantee

4.1. In accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code, the consumer is entitled to submit a warranty (statutory guarantee) claim within 2 years of the purchase in case the product is defective.

4.2. The Seller provides a 2-year commercial warranty (voluntary guarantee) on all products sold through the webshop. Warranty claims may be submitted via email, and the Seller shall respond within 14 days in writing, specifying the method of resolution.
