Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to customers within the European Union and internationally. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at hidas.balint@aditeqprinting.com to inquire about delivery options.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if delays are expected.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use reputable shipping providers such as UPS, FEDEX, DPD, GLS, or national postal services depending on destination and package size. Shipping method options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Non-EU countries: 7–15 business days from dispatch (depending on destination and customs)
These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Customs clearance or local carrier delays may affect delivery.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight and size. The final shipping cost will be displayed before order confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions.
6. Customs and Import Duties For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
7. Tracking Information Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to become active.
8. Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title to the products passes to the customer upon handover of the package to the shipping carrier.
9. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipment costs will apply.
10. Shipping Issues and Claims If your package is delayed, lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us at hidas.balint@aditeqprinting.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, if applicable.
